Terms of Sale and Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale and Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the domain name value estimation service (the “Service”), published by the site's operating company (the “Publisher”), as well as the sale of search packs and subscriptions.
Any use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides automated estimates of domain name values, combining structural heuristics and artificial-intelligence analysis fed with public market data.
Estimates are provided for information purposes only. They are neither investment advice nor a guarantee of a sale or purchase price. The Publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of these estimates.
3. Free tier and paid offers
Each user gets three (3) free full appraisals per 24-hour period. Beyond that, users can buy: a single search (€0.99), a pack of 10 searches (€7.90), a pack of 50 searches (€29.90), or subscribe to a monthly Starter plan (€9.90/month, 50 searches) or Pro plan (€24.90/month, 200 searches).
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The Publisher may change its prices at any time; credits already purchased and running subscriptions remain governed by the conditions in force at purchase time.
Pack credits have no expiry date. Subscription quotas renew at each monthly term and do not roll over.
4. Ordering and payment
Payment is made online, by card through our provider Stripe, through PayPal, or in cryptocurrency through our crypto payment provider (NOWPayments). Only the cryptocurrencies listed on the Pricing page are accepted (notably BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, LTC, TRX on the Bitcoin, ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Polygon and Solana networks). The Publisher never has access to full card data, PayPal credentials, or the buyer's private keys.
The order is final upon payment confirmation by the provider. Credits or the subscription are activated immediately on the user's account.
For cryptocurrency payments, the amount is converted at the rate in force at transaction time by the provider. Rate variations after the transaction have no effect on the order.
5. Withdrawal right and refunds
In accordance with consumer law applicable to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's express consent, ordering triggers immediate performance of the Service and waives the withdrawal right for consumed credits.
As a commercial courtesy, unused pack credits may be refunded pro rata upon request within fourteen (14) days of purchase, via the original payment method. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and end at the current monthly term, with no refund for the started period.
6. User account
An account is created with an email and password, or through a Google or Apple account. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for any activity performed from their account.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of fraud, abuse (notably circumventing free limits), or violation of these Terms. Credits purchased legitimately are refunded if deletion is initiated by the Publisher for reasons other than fraud.
7. Acceptable use
Accessing the Service by automated means (scraping, bots) without prior written consent, reselling appraisal reports as-is, or attempting to circumvent quota and billing mechanisms is prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
The site's structure, texts, visual identity and appraisal engine are protected by copyright. The user receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the generated appraisal reports for their own needs.
9. Liability and availability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, in particular during maintenance or third-party provider failures (AI, payment, hosting providers).
The Publisher's liability, all causes combined, is limited to the total amount paid by the user over the last twelve (12) months.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers may use the competent consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
